Systems Administration Interns are in charge of ensuring that the Offices’ hardware and software assets are viable to work with.

  • Work under the supervision of a systems admin supervisor

  • Help manage user accounts

  • Maintain fast and reliable computers at the office by debugging and checking correct upgrade route based on assessment

  • Perform cable management, manage a backup line and network, and maintain a reliable network by checking weekly for possible line outages

  • Assist in conducting orientation for onboarding employees to make them power users on Asana, TSheets, and other platforms they must use at work

  • Check and quarantine possible malwares

  • Assist in ensuring that the company’s security cameras and other security peripherals are constantly functional and online

  • Assist in ensuring that the Internet is constantly running in the office so as to avoid productivity disruptions due to lost Internet connection

  • Perform other duties related to the role

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled or graduating college students taking up a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology/computer science

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Open to work in Makati - Systems Administrator Intern
