Admin assistant plays a crucial role in coordinating tasks and projects between clients/vendors and executives/managers.
Report directly to your supervisors which will include a project manager, project accounting officer, or a company executive
Run paperworks and regulatory office errands (e.g. running to ROD, BIR, etc.)
Issue reports, receipts, and other tracking documents
Assist brokers and agents in properly maintaining their buyer databases i.e. managing their data in the cloud such as uploading and updating buyer files and information, reconciling transactions, tracking sales, etc.
Work on to follow up, update, and collect delayed payments

Must live within the General Santos City area in Mindanao
Must be college graduate, preferably from courses such as business administration/management, accountancy, office administration, and finance
Must be well-versed in using the following platforms: G Suite, Google Spreadsheet formulas, Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10 Pro, Chrome OS
Must be a dynamic multi-tasker to perform various tasks
Willing to be trained
